What an absolute waste of time and public money...i don't get it.....this is one reason why a lot of people in the UK may end up with a conservative government.
Can someone explain how this will make my life any better? This has got to be up there with stupid laws like the ban on 'fox hunting', 'ID cards'' 'Vetting and Barring' and countless others...why is this government wasting money on ridiculous things instead on doing sensible stuff like i dunno ' abolishing income tax and tax on saving.
I guess the one thing we can count on is some smart a** creating some technology that will render policing this irrelevant... i look forward to that!
